Job Description

Edrevel, a cloud based AI powered Learning Experience Platform is seeking a skilled and experienced UI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern UI development and be proficient in framework such as Angular using Typescript. Experience with React is considered an added advantage. As a UI Developer for Edrevel, you will work on developing and maintaining cutting-edge mobile and web applications enhancing the Edrevel product suite.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop highly interactive and user-friendly web applications using Angular, Ionic, Cordova, and Capacitor frameworks.
  • Unit testing of all code and ensuring delivery of zero defect code
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of frontend components with backend services.
  • Create reusable, clean, and well-documented code with HTML, CSS, and other frontend technologies.
  • Utilize RESTful JSON APIs for efficient data communication between frontend and backend.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of frontend systems.
  • Maintain software documentation using tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements

Candidate must have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passion for developing flawless user experience.
  • 3 - 5 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer, preferably with Angular, Ionic, Cordova, and Capacitor.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and client-side Typescript.
  • Proven expertise in building scalable, high-performance frontend applications for B2C or B2B software products.
  • Solid architectural skills with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with React is a plus.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with state management libraries like NgRx.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools.
