Job Description

Responsible to ensure timely & accurate processing and submission of employee payroll & statutory contributions
Produce Offer letters, employee letters/addendum/contract as applicable Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed and maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health, and medical insurance
To activate/deactivate and maintain employee information in all HR Systems To ensure compliance of PF and ensure timely submission of returns Manage and review contract changes, new work proposals, internet data plan contracts and other contractual documentation
Regular tracking & recording of Leave & Attendance as well as resolve queries on day to day basis
Monitoring investment declaration form and verifying with original proofs Partner with other HR functions to understand and deliver on their data needs: from standard reporting, data analysis, and data presentation
Handling income tax queries of employees in payroll, ensuring yearly tax return (Annex I and Annex II) are prepared; generating Form 16, and Form 24 ETDS every quarter and revising the return if required by coordinating with the vendor
Develop standard and ad-hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
Execute effective process administration and follow up and day to day operations Work with employees on Employee Performance Management System, Training Responsible for handling External / Internal Audit

Requirements

Candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's Specialist HR Operations is responsible for defining and driving the HR practices of a growing firm.
  • We are currently looking for a HR Operations expert who will work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must work well in a team-oriented environment as well as independently.
  • Management of the entire employee life-cycle including but not limited to:.
  • Candidates must have a prior experience of 4+ yrs in HR Operations.
  • Maintaining various trackers on a regular basis.
  • Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) and excellent presentation skills.
  • Processing background Verification of new joiners and exit personnel.
  • The role holder will work very closely with business to understand organizational and operational challenges.
  • Maintenance of employee personnel files and records.
  • Must be able to maintain professional demeanor in times of high stress.
  • Coordinate and handle other HR initiatives whenever required.
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Should have hands on experience in advanced excel functions (Vlook up, Hlook up, pivot tables etc.).
