Product Support Associate

Provides technical support and assists creation of content, onboarding of new customers and help triage support requests from customers and product development team. Job responsibility includes but not limited to the following:
- Create and load content such as learning materials and quizzes to the edrevel platform
- Curate content to be pre-loaded to the edrevel platform
- Support potential customers onboard easily by helping them to pre load content from current non-digital platforms to edrevel
- Collaborating with the Functional, Technical support and IT support teams in working towards resolution of customer support requests
- Support testing of new features prior to launch
- Analyzing and Troubleshooting of issues/bugs/enhancement requests and suggesting appropriate solutions
- Provide input to product development team regarding new feature request based on customer interactions
- Develop help content such as how to articles, FAQs, demo videos and blog sites to educate current and potential customers and their users

Requirements
Candidate must have:
- Excellent Analytical, Troubleshooting & Problem solving skills
- Striving for continuous improvement to efficiently achieve set goals
- Must have deep subject knowledge in at least one of the subjects such as: Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, Computer Science, Statistics, etc
- Interest in developing preparation materials for competitive tests such as JEE, NEET, etc.
- High proficiency level in computer operations/applications.
- Good Interpersonal and coordinating skills
- Ability to interact confidently with customers
- Enjoys and promotes collaboration and teamwork
- Ability to think independently and plan tasks proactively to work efficiently
- Bachelor's degree
