Software Tester

Work with developers and test teams to create detailed test plans and execute test cases and document results. Ensure that the software is implemented in accordance to the requirements specified by the stakeholders. Develop manual and automated test scripts and execute them and provide detailed logs and reports for the leadership team. Serve as an end user advocate and ensure the requirements are developed with a focus on usability and simplicity.

Candidate must have:

• Fair understanding of client requirements and test plans/strategies.
• Excellent Communication Skills -
  • Ability to understand the requirements from clients and translate to detailed test cases.
  • Ability write detailed test cases and document results
  • Communicate with clients effectively through various channels (phone,video calls, emails, messenger, slack etc)
• Ability to write manual and automated test cases from high level business requirements
• Ability to generate scripts to simulate user behavior
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic troubleshooting to identify system issues
