NilaApps is looking for a UI/UX Designer to design our software into easy-to-use products for our clients/users.
UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.
Candidates will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
The successful candidate will deliver adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Requirements
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
- Understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
- Prepare low fidelity prototypes of digital solutions; ranging from paper sketches to wireframes or interactive prototype.
- Presents Concepts and designs to the customer for review and iteration. Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative manner to improve prototypes.
- Able to explain the design philosophy verbally and convince stakeholders of the process.
- Engaging with solution architects and technical teams to deliver digital solutions
- Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
- Should have a strong portfolio of design experience with mobile and responsive applications
Education Requirements -
- Bachelor's degree related to arts/communications, human computer interaction, design etc.
